Full Stack Team Lead (Web & Mobile)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers through Code Reviews, Design Reviews, and technical problem-solving.

• Design complex Web and Mobile architectures using modern Microservices and REST APIs.

• Drive Full Stack development across mobile apps, Web platforms, and backend APIs.

• Partner closely with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to bring high-quality features to life in an Agile/Scrum environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building complex Web & Mobile applications.

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing dev teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• 3+ years in Mobile development with React Native (including publishing apps to the App Store & Google Play).

• Strong mastery of C# and hands-on experience with ASP.NET / Web API.

• Deep expertise in Microservices architecture and REST API design.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Portal, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as version control with Git.
