The company holds a massive portfolio of registered patents and supports a global customer base across critical infrastructure and industrial sectors.
With a workforce of approximately 200 professionals, the company combines long-term stability with a hands-on, hardware-software integrated product environment.
The R&D and manufacturing facility is based in the North Sharon area (fully accessible via shuttle/bus links from a nearby major train station), operating under a full-time, on-site office model.
Position Overview-
• Senior Hardware Engineer (Board Design) joining a core R&D group to design, develop, and test next-generation cyber security hardware products.
• Owning the end-to-end board design lifecycle, from initial system architecture and schematic capture through layout guidance to component selection.
• Executing hands-on lab bring-up, hardware debugging, and signal integrity verification for complex multi-layered boards.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical designers, embedded software engineers, and production teams to deliver high-reliability hardware platforms.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Board Design, High-Speed Digital Design, Schematic Capture, Hardware Bring-up & Debugging, Lab Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers), Multi-layer PCB Layout Guidance, Component Selection.
Requirements-
• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline – Mandatory
• 5 years of robust professional experience in board design and hardware development within product-driven environments – Mandatory
• Extensive, practical hands-on experience in schematic design, board bring-up, and hardware debugging – Mandatory
• Solid experience working with standard laboratory test equipment (e.g., high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators) – Mandatory
