Junior Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Junior Product Manager for Gameified, Plaee in Ramat Gan, Israel. This role is for Gamified, with the hiring process managed by Plaee.

Junior Product Manager

The ideal candidate is a a hands-on designer with a killer visual sense who wants to learn fast and build real-world product experiences. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate ideas into clean, functional, and user-centric designs.

Responsibilities

• UI/UX Execution: Execute and deliver high-quality user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms based on product requirements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to understand user flows, and collaborate daily with Developers to ensure design implementation is pixel-perfect.

• Visual Assets: Support the company’s growth by creating high-quality visual assets for marketing, websites, and product announcements.

• Design Efficiency: Utilize Figma, modern design systems, and cutting-edge AI design tools to brainstorm, sketch, and iterate quickly and smartly.

• Continuous Improvement: Help maintain and expand the product's design system, consistently upgrading the look, feel, and usability of existing features.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design (SaaS, Fintech, or Startup environment is a major plus).

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean visual design, attention to detail, clear user journeys, and modern web/mobile interfaces.

• Tools: High proficiency in Figma. Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI design tools to speed up workflows.

• Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-intensity, fast-moving startup environment where you need to iterate quickly based on feedback.

• Industry Interest: Passion or experience in sports, gaming, or financial platforms is a significant advantage, but not a dealbreaker.

• Communication: Strong teamwork skills and fluent English (written and verbal).
