Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our core platform team building TERP — a multi-tenant ERP/EHR platform that powers therapy and healthcare organizations across Israel. In this role, you'll own critical product areas end-to-end: designing database schemas, building server actions and API routes, crafting complex React interfaces, and shipping to production multiple times per day. You'll work across scheduling engines, billing systems, electronic health records, real-time dashboards, and multi-org permission models. This is a high-autonomy role. You'll make architectural decisions that affect how dozens of healthcare organizations manage their daily operations. You'll mentor other engineers, participate in code reviews, and have a direct line to our users — real therapists and clinic managers who rely on what you build every day. We value pragmatism over perfection, shipping over debating, and impact over ego. Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React/Next.js (App Router, Server Components)

• Solid experience with relational databases — query optimization, schema design, migrations (MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL)

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS)

• Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture — data isolation, org-scoped queries, role-based access

• Track record of owning features from design through deployment and iteration

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift and you wear multiple hats

Nice to Have

• Experience with Prisma ORM or similar type-safe database tooling

• Healthcare or EHR domain knowledge (HIPAA, clinical workflows, medical records)

• Experience with real-time systems — SSE, WebSockets, streaming APIs

• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (Stripe, CardCom, or similar)

• Hebrew language proficiency (our users operate primarily in Hebrew)
