In this role you will

Conduct flight operations of fixed-wing UAV systems during various development phases

Deliver theoretical and practical flight training for customers in Israel and worldwide

Participate in laboratory testing and validation of system versions

Perform operational activities abroad with varying intensity and at different sites worldwide

Build and lead flight training courses for internal and external pilots in Israel and worldwide, including monitoring trainee progress, providing continuous feedback, and evaluating trainees as needed

Write and improve operational and flight documentation, including test reports, standard operating procedures, and operational manuals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Fixed-wing UAV pilot license

Operational experience in unmanned aircraft systems operations

Experience operating unmanned aerial vehicles weighing over 250 kg - advantage

Fluent English—advanced level in both writing and speaking

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaboration with matrix interfaces, strong verbal and written communication skills, systems-level thinking and multi-disciplinary understanding, fast learning ability and adaptability to changing situations, and ability to work under pressure and high workload
