User Experience Designer

Comblack is looking for an experienced UX Researcher & UX Designer to join a large and stable enterprise organization in Jerusalem.

In this role, you will shape the user experience across complex digital products by defining customer journeys, UX strategy, and UI direction. You'll lead user research initiatives, usability testing, and focus groups while designing intuitive experiences for advanced, data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define user experience strategy and customer journeys.

• Lead UX research, usability studies, and user interviews.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UX specifications.

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex systems.

• Build and maintain design systems and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including at least 2 years focused on UX research and user experience design.

• A strong portfolio showcasing live projects, user research, personas, user journeys, and information architecture (required).

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (or a similar leading design tool), including experience with design systems, interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and animations.

• Proven experience conducting usability testing with real users, wireframing, responsive interface design, and visual design principles such as typography, color, and composition.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong self-learning abilities, and solid knowledge of accessibility standards and current UX trends.
