Senior System Engineer

The Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and driven Systems Engineer to join a team at the forefront of autonomous technology. Core Responsibilities

• System Architecture: Lead the design and characterization of complex, multidisciplinary autonomous systems (HLD/LLD).

• Requirements Management: Define and manage system-level requirements (SRS) and interface control documents (ICD).

• Validation & Verification: Oversee the full lifecycle from concept to field testing, including the definition of ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures).

• Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate closely with AI, Software, and Hardware departments to ensure high-performance system integration.

• Analysis & Optimization: Perform deep-dive system analysis to improve reliability and operational performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in the UAV / UAS or drone field

• At least 3 years of experience with system design - concept to complete product

• B.Sc Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering

• Experience in deriving SW & HW requirementts from product initiatives and support design process

• Write and lead project reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR)

• Experience with multidisciplinary products

• Hands on approach is a must

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Autopilots (PX4/ArduPilot), MAVLink protocols, or flight control logic.

• Basic knowledge of ROS / ROS2 and development environments in C++ or Python.

• Familiarity with SDR, PDR, or advanced sensing technologies.
