Precision-Guided Weapon Systems Engineer

Location: Yehud, Israel

Job Description

As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, testing, and integration of a precision-guided weapon system, providing customer support, performing technical analyses, and supporting production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, testing, and integration of precision-guided weapon systems.

• Define system and subsystem requirements.

• Prepare technical specifications, system requirements, and design documentation.

• Work closely with prime contractors and customers.

• Provide technical guidance to subcontractors and oversee the quality of their deliverables.

• Perform root cause analysis, investigations, and engineering analyses.

• Provide technical support to customers in Israel and internationally.

• Support production lines and manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized academic institution in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering and/or System Requirements Definition – Mandatory.

• Strong multidisciplinary systems perspective and system-level understanding – Mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

• Professional customer-facing and presentation skills.

• High level of English proficiency.
