Bookkeeper for Systems Development

Responsible for the analysis, characterization, development, and implementation of solutions within financial systems in a global organization. This role integrates working closely with finance and accounting users, writing functional/technical specifications and test documents, guiding development and deployment processes, and providing professional support to branches locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial requirements and translate them into system specifications.

• Write functional and technical specification documents for development teams to build features and modules within the in-house financial system.

• Accompany and guide development processes in collaboration with IT teams.

• Implement systems and conduct user training for financial applications.

• Provide ongoing support to users and global branches.

• Improve and optimize financial and systemic workflows.

• Participate in financial system deployment and implementation projects across global branches.

Job Requirements:

• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 2/3 – mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including:Preparing financial statements through the trial balance stage.

• Preparing and submitting materials for audits.

• Preparing and issuing statutory payment books and reports.

• Handling VAT reports and submissions to the authorities.

• Experience working with computerized systems, including ERP systems; experience with AS/400 – a significant advantage.

• High-level English proficiency .
