Comblack is hiring a Head of Cybersecurity Monitoring & Operations!

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee enterprise-wide cybersecurity monitoring and control operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive strategic initiatives across cybersecurity, information security, and cyber risk management.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT infrastructure.

• Proven experience leading and managing professional teams.

• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong background in cyber risk management, security monitoring, and governance within complex enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience working in hybrid environments, including On-Premises and Cloud infrastructures.

• Experience with SOC, DLP, IAM, Vulnerability Management, and Cyber Threat Intelligence – a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations, compliance frameworks, and relevant professional certifications – a significant advantage.
