Corporate / Hi‑Tech Attorney

Role Description:

A leading commercial and hi‑tech law firm is looking for a talented Corporate / Hi‑Tech Attorney to join its growing team. The role includes close, ongoing work with tech companies and startups across all stages of the company lifecycle, and hands‑on involvement in financings, commercial and M&A transactions in Israel and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing legal support for tech companies and startups at all stages of growth

• Legal work with investors and investment funds

• Working on investment transactions, financing rounds and shareholders’ agreements

• Supporting commercial and technology transactions

• Handling M&A transactions and corporate restructurings

• Working directly with founders, investors and VC funds in Israel and internationally

• Drafting and negotiating agreements with customers, suppliers and strategic partners

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in Corporate / Hi‑Tech law

• Experience from a leading commercial / hi‑tech law firm

• LL.B from a top university or leading law college

• Very high level of English (writing and speaking)

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear business orientation
