Finance Operations Specialist - position no. 1648

Responsibilities:

• Working with ERP systems and supporting day to day financial operations.

• Managing and supporting cross-functional projects, including process improvements and implementation of work procedures.

• Producing, analysing and maintaining financial and management reports, dashboards, and control tools.

• Monitoring financial processes, including invoices, expenses, revenues, purchase orders, and budget tracking.

• Collaborating with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

• Extensive Excel-based analysis, reporting, and data management.

• Full time position, Sunday- Thursday, 08:00- 17:00 or 09:00- 18:00.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Financial Control, Controlling, Financial Operations, or Commission Accounting - mandatory.

• Good English proficiency - mandatory.

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and Pivot Tables (such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other functions) - mandatory.

• Experience working with BI systems - a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - an advantage.
