Global Operations Specialist

BATM Advanced Communications is a global technology company providing innovative solutions in cybersecurity and networking. Headquartered in Hod Hasharon, Israel, with subsidiaries around the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Operations Specialist to support manufacturing operations and manage daily activities with global subcontractors and production partners worldwide.

The role combines elements of operations coordination, production planning, project management, and supply chain execution, and includes responsibility for leading the day-to-day operational activities with BATM’s manufacturing partners in Israel, China, the Philippines, the United States and other global locations.

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday (inclusive).

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations with global subcontractors and manufacturing partners.

• Track production plans, deliveries, inventory, and operational performance.

• Serve as the main operational interface between internal teams and external partners.

• Follow up on tasks, risks, and execution issues to ensure alignment and resolution.

• Support Sales and Operations planning activities.

• Identify gaps and drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management.

• High level of English (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

• Experience in operations, production planning, supply chain, project coordination in manufacturing environments - an advantage.

• Experience in using AI tools to analyze data and improve operational efficiency.

• Experience working with international suppliers or subcontractors and familiarity with ERP systems-an advantage.
