WMS (M4N) Project Manager & Implementer

WMS Project Manager & Implementer (IT Department) We are looking for a talented, technology-driven WMS Project Manager & Implementer to join our Information Systems (IT) department. In this role, you will lead complex technological projects supporting the organization's business, shipping, and logistics operations. Important Note: This is a highly technical role within the Information Systems (IT) department, requiring deep hands-on system customization, SQL querying, and integration. It is not suitable for warehouse operations managers, shift supervisors, or system operators/key-users. Location: The position is located in the center of the country and includes travel to logistics centers across the country in accordance with project needs (the position includes a company car). Key Responsibilities: • Leading end-to-end WMS and Information Systems (IT) projects – from understanding business needs and characterizing requirements, through to implementation, SQL query building, testing, and deployment.

• Ongoing collaboration with end-users and various interfaces within the organization, analyzing business processes and translating them into advanced systemic solutions.

• Managing and improving core operational systems in a dynamic and large-scale work environment. Job Requirements: • Rich, hands-on experience working with WMS Made4Net (SCExpert) systems – Absolute Must. (Applications without proven Made4Net experience will not be considered).

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Implementer specifically within an Information Systems (IT) department – Must.

• Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries (SQL Server) – Must.

• Proven experience in leading technological projects from end-to-end – Must.

• Deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes – Must.

• Working knowledge with APIs, interfaces, and system integrations – Must.

• Highly proficient in Excel – Must.

• High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and collaborate with various interfaces/stakeholders – Must.

• Prior experience working at an integration/implementation company (such as Matrix / M4N) – Significant Advantage.

• Willingness and mobility to travel to logistics centers across the country – Must.
