Financial Controller (Public Company)

A leading public company in the entrepreneurial/contracting real estate sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team.

📍 Location: Netanya area

🕐 Position Type: Full-time (with willingness to work additional hours as needed)

Key Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – חובה

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller in a public company בתחום הנדל"ן היזמי/קבלני – חובה

• Proven experience with consolidated financial statements – חובה

• Experience working with the Securities Authority – חובה

• Strong knowledge of urban renewal projects – חובה

• Team player with excellent collaboration skills – חובה

Role & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

• Responsibility for group financial consolidation

• Handling complex accounting and tax matters at the group level

• Liaising with external auditors and professional accounting teams

• Working closely with tax departments and external tax advisors

• Managing and overseeing tax reports

• Ensuring compliance with IFRS standards

• Cross-functional collaboration with departments including urban renewal, legal, and engineering

• Oversight and development of financial systems, including ongoing operations

• Management responsibility over bookkeeping team

• Preparation of management reports and forecasts for the board and executive management
