We are a spin-off startup built out of real-world cybersecurity execution.

We’re building AI-driven products based on years of hands-on work across security operations, risk, incidents, and compliance, turning complex, real-world workflows into scalable systems with measurable impact.

We’re looking for a strong AI Developer to join the core team building the next generation of cybersecurity and privacy products for enterprise organizations and critical infrastructures.

This is a hands-on role with direct influence on architecture, product direction, and technical innovation.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI systems in production

• Build LLM-based applications - RAG, agents, chatbots, and more

• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows from concept to production

• Design and implement orchestration layers for multi-step, multi-agent systems

• Develop and maintain ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment

• Optimize for performance, latency, and cost

• Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation using tools like LangSmith / Langfuse

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams

• Monitor models in production and ensure reliability and accuracy over time

What We're Looking For

• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Python

• Hands-on experience building and deploying models in production

• Experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows

• Familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch / TensorFlow

• Experience with LLMs and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face

• Experience with orchestration of LLM/agent pipelines

• Familiarity with LLM observability and evaluation tools (LangSmith, Langfuse)

• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and software engineering principles

• Experience with cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) and Docker

Significant Advantage

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, W&B)

• Background in cybersecurity or information security

• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

• Experience with fine-tuning and model optimization

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD
