A private company, a subsidiary of a publicly traded company operating in the fields of infrastructure, construction, operations, and technology services, and currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion, is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to provide ongoing legal support for its business activities.

Position Overview:

This is an In-House Legal Counsel role responsible for the ongoing legal support of the company's operations.

The position reports professionally to the Group General Counsel and includes overall responsibility for the legal support of the company's activities, agreements, policies, and internal procedures, while working closely with the company's management and various business units.

This is a dynamic, diverse, and broad role, suitable for a commercial attorney seeking to become an integral part of a growing, practical, and fast-developing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing legal support for the company's operations as In-House Legal Counsel.

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

• Draft, update, and adapt master agreements, contract templates, and company-wide legal documentation.

• Review applicable legal requirements for various engagements and ensure agreements, terms, and legal documents comply with the relevant legal framework.

• Support commercial transactions from the structuring stage through negotiation and execution of agreements.

• Assist in drafting, developing, and updating company procedures, policies, and internal documentation.

• Identify legal issues and risks while providing practical legal solutions to support the company's business needs.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors as required.

• Provide ongoing legal support to the execution, Human Resources, Operations, Compliance, Procurement, and other relevant departments.

• Support legal matters related to compliance, privacy, and information security as needed.

• Implement the group's legal guidelines and adapt them to the company's ongoing operations, in coordination with the Group General Counsel.

Requirements:

• Qualified Attorney and member of the Israel Bar Association.

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial law.

• Experience as an In-House Legal Counsel, or alternatively significant relevant experience providing ongoing legal support to commercial companies – a significant advantage.

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Experience drafting and implementing master agreements, contract templates, and policy documents – a significant advantage.

• Experience supporting a commercial company or a dynamic business environment – a significant advantage.

• Very high level of English – mandatory.

• Excellent drafting skills in both Hebrew and English.

• Ability to work independently, accurately, and in an organized manner within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Strong judgment, accountability, business acumen, and a practical, broad-based approach to legal work.
