Research Coordinator

The Translational Research Unit at the Joseph Fishman Oncology Center, Rambam Health Care Campus, is expanding and is looking for a Research Coordinator to join our team.

As a Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and overseeing research projects from inception to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about scientific research and looking to contribute to groundbreaking discoveries in cancer research.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with principal investigators and researchers in the planning and coordination of research projects.

• Coordinate all studies aspects, including participant recruitment, data collection, and study follow-up.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, institutional policies, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain research databases and study documentation.

• Coordinate communication with research team members and collaborating institutions.

• Monitor study timelines and assist in resolving operational challenges.

• Stay up to date with research methodologies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (MSc preferred).

• Knowledge of GCP and research regulations is an advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
