About the Role

A leading insurance company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Data Systems Analyst to join its Data & Business Intelligence team.

In this role, you'll analyze business requirements, design enterprise data solutions, and support strategic Data, BI, and AI initiatives. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and analysts to deliver scalable data solutions that drive business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements.

• Translate business needs into scalable Data and BI solutions.

• Design ETL/ELT processes and Source-to-Target mappings.

• Write functional and technical specification documents.

• Analyze complex datasets and investigate data sources.

• Support Development, QA, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work with enterprise databases and core business systems.

• Participate in Data, BI, and AI initiatives across the organization.

• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in Data Analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Systems Analysis, BI, or Data Warehouse environments.

• Strong SQL development skills.

• Hands-on experience designing ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience creating Source-to-Target mapping documents.

• Experience gathering business requirements and working with business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking and business process understanding.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
