System Engineer

Role Summary: The System Engineer is the main technical point of contact (POC) for the customer and is primarily responsible for the technical results of the project.

· This role involves defining the best technical solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring the Engineering Work Packages (Mechanical, RF, Software, Chamber, Absorber) are executed to comply with the system performance requirements on quality and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Will structure the engineering components of the project (WBS and OBS) and propose robust technical solutions for implementation.

· Supporting the Program Manager: Leads the technical execution of Engineering WPs .

· Responsible for preparing all quality gates (such as PDR, CDR, ATP, and SAT) and identifying any specification deviations to find a path forward.

· Technological risks : Identify and mitigate technological risks

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge and previous management experience (advantage) to effectively lead work package leaders.

• A background in Electrical Engineering is required, with a preference for antenna measurement expertise.

A master’s in engineering (MSc) is a distinct advantage.

• Professional Experience : 4-6 years of experience working within a global technological group is considered a significant advantage

· Willing to travel abroad

· Highly skilled with Matlab, AI and Coding- is considered an advantage
