Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations, CRM & AI Manager to lead our marketing operations, CRM strategy, marketing technology, automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.

This is a unique cross-functional role combining strategic marketing, CRM management, business process optimization, AI implementation, and marketing technology. The ideal candidate enjoys building scalable processes, improving customer journeys, leveraging AI, and working hands-on while driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Operations • Develop and execute the company's annual marketing strategy.

• Lead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Manage the company website, SEO, digital content, and online presence.

• Create marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, webinars, and professional events.

• Manage external agencies, creative suppliers, and digital partners. CRM & Customer Journey • Own and continuously improve the company's CRM platform.

• Design and optimize lead management processes.

• Build customer journeys and lifecycle marketing programs.

• Improve customer segmentation and sales workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Clinical and Management teams.

• Ensure high-quality CRM data and reporting. Marketing Automation & AI • Design and implement marketing automation workflows.

• Identify opportunities to automate business and marketing processes.

• Lead the implementation of AI-powered tools across the organization.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

• Improve operational efficiency through automation and AI. Analytics & Business Insights • Monitor marketing performance and business KPIs.

• Build dashboards and management reports.

• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior.

• Generate actionable insights that support business growth. Cross-Functional Leadership • Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Customer Service and Management teams.

• Lead cross-department projects from planning through execution.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. QualificationsRequired • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing or a similar leadership role.

• Proven experience managing CRM platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation.

• Experience leading digital marketing initiatives.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Fluent Hebrew and English. Preferred • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Fireberry or similar CRM platforms.

• Experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n.

• Experience implementing AI tools and AI-powered workflows.

• Experience with WordPress and digital marketing platforms.

• Experience in B2B, Healthcare, Medical Devices or Life Sciences.
