About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Risk Management & Model Validation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to support risk management activities, validate statistical models, and provide valuable insights across credit risk, fraud prevention, and card usage.

* Perform analytical research and data analysis across various risk management domains, including credit risk, card usage, fraud, and more.

* Query and analyze large datasets within Data Warehouse and Big Data environments.

* Develop and maintain analytical reports and management dashboards.

* Analyze credit risk and monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation activities.

* Assess the company’s overall risk profile and provide recommendations regarding risk management quality and practices.

* Lead cross-functional processes for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.

* Perform statistical validation of models used across the organization.

* Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the company’s Model Risk Management (MRM) system.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

* Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and working with BI tools.

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- an advantage.

* Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and build dashboards.

* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

* Excellent self-learning skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

* Experience developing statistical or predictive models- an advantage.

* Business acumen with knowledge of credit and risk management- an advantage.

* Familiarity with banking regulations and the regulatory environment- an advantage.
