Infinity Labs R&D is seeking motivated individuals with prior Coding or IT Systems knowledge to join a full-time DevOps & Cloud Engineering career path designed to prepare participants for DevOps and Cloud Engineering positions in leading technology companies.

This career path combines intensive professional training, hands-on project experience, and real-world engineering practices in an environment that simulates modern R&D teams. Participants receive company-funded professional training at no cost, designed to prepare them for modern DevOps and Cloud Engineering environments. Successful participants may be considered for employment opportunities upon completion of the program and successful professional evaluation.

DevOps and Cloud Engineers play a critical role in modern technology organizations by connecting software development, infrastructure, automation, and cloud operations. Throughout the program, participants develop practical experience with cloud environments, deployment pipelines, automation frameworks, and production systems.

What You Will Learn and Practice

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud Platforms

• Working with cloud environments and cloud-native technologies.

• Infrastructure automation and configuration management principles.

CI/CD & Automation Pipelines

• Building and maintaining deployment pipelines.

• Version control workflows and scripting using Python and Bash.

Containerization & Orchestration

• Deploying and managing scalable applications.

• Modern container and platform management technologies.

Monitoring & Operations

• System troubleshooting and log analysis.

• Performance optimization and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.

Requirements

• Full Bagrut certificate.

• Prior technical experience or knowledge in at least one of the following:

• Basic Coding / Software Development

• IT / System Administration / Networking

• Strong technological curiosity and analytical thinking.

• Excellent system-level problem-solving abilities.

• Service-oriented mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• High level of English.

• No prior professional DevOps experience required.
