Application Security Lead

We're looking for an experienced Application Security Tech Lead to lead our Application Security program and drive secure-by-design development across modern cloud-native environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead and implement Application Security strategy across the SDLC.

• Conduct Threat Modeling and secure architecture reviews.

• Integrate and optimize SAST, DAST, SCA and security automation within CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead Web, API & Mobile (iOS/Android) security initiatives.

• Manage penetration testing, red teaming, Bug Bounty & Vulnerability Disclosure Programs.

• Partner closely with R&D teams to promote Secure Coding and DevSecOps best practices.

• Drive vulnerability management and application security incident response.

• Secure AWS/GCP cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, WAF and infrastructure.

• Build and lead Security Champions initiatives.

• Support compliance with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, OWASP SAMM, NIST SSDF.

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience in Application Security or Product Security

✔ Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, CI/CD Security

✔ Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, Secure SDLC, Threat Modeling (STRIDE)

✔ Experience securing Cloud environments (AWS/GCP)

✔ Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies

✔ Experience with Web, API and Mobile Security

✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with development teams

✔ Fluent English

Advantages

• Experience leading AppSec or Security Engineering teams.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers and Infrastructure as Code.

• Security certifications (OSCP, CSSLP, CISSP, GWAPT or similar).
