🚀 Malam Team is Hiring a Help Desk Specialist!

Looking to kickstart or advance your IT career? Malam Team is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Help Desk Supporter for a full-time position at our Petah Tikva office!

What you will be doing:

• Provide excellent remote IT support to users

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues

• Manage user accounts via Active Directory (AD)

• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS and Exchange Server issues

• Support various endpoint devices and hardware

What we are looking for:

• Relevant IT certifications or technological coursework (This is a great opportunity for students too!)

• A genuine passion for the tech world

• A fast learner with strong self-learning capabilities

• High service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills
