Utron, a global public company specializing in the design, development, and implementation of automated logistics systems and robotic parking solutions, is seeking an Electrical Design Team Leader to lead the Electrical & Control Systems Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Electrical Engineers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and day-to-day support.

• Design electrical and control systems for automated material handling equipment, robotic parking systems, and automated logistics centers.

• Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support contractors during installation and commissioning, both in Israel and abroad.

• Provide technical support during project execution and system commissioning.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering.

• Valid Electrical License – Must.

• Proven experience leading a team of Electrical Design Engineers – Must.

• 5+ years of experience in electrical and control systems design for industrial machinery or automation systems.

• Experience with industrial automation projects and on-site commissioning.

• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical.

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols.

• Experience managing offshore freelance engineers for urgent project support.

• Demonstrated ability for independent learning of new electrical and control systems.

• High level of technical English – Must.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Israel and occasionally abroad
