The Role

As Head of Product Design, you’ll own the end-to-end design vision and execution across our core products and new features. You’ll set the design standards, build and evolve our design system, and ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience across mobile and web. Working closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing, you’ll turn user insight and business goals into intuitive, high-impact design. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s equally comfortable shaping strategy and doing the work. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hadera, Israel.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive the design vision for Sync.me across mobile (Android and iOS) and web

• Own and scale our design system to keep the experience consistent and production-ready

• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and marketing to ship user-centered products

• Translate user research and business objectives into clear, elegant, high-converting design

What you’ll bring

• Deep mobile UI/UX expertise across Android and iOS

• Proven experience building and scaling design systems

• Expert-level Figma skills

• Fluency with AI tools (e.g. Claude Design)

• A track record of shipping consumer products at scale

• Sharp communication and stakeholder management
