AI Full Stack Team Lead

Lead the engineering team behind Jeen Talk, our Enterprise Conversational AI platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive technical architecture while mentoring engineers and building scalable Voice AI solutions used by enterprise customers.

You'll work closely with Product, AI, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to shape the future of enterprise conversational AI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack engineers.

• Drive technical architecture and engineering best practices.

• Design scalable backend services and frontend applications.

• Build high-performance AI Voice and Chat platforms.

• Collaborate with Product, AI, DevOps, and Customer Success teams.

• Lead architecture discussions and technical planning.

• Improve scalability, latency, reliability, and observability.

• Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards.

• Support planning, estimations, and project execution.

• Take ownership of production systems and technical delivery.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Full Stack development experience.

• 2+ years leading software engineering teams.

• Strong experience with Python, React, TypeScript, and FastAPI.

• Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and Pydantic.

• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Voice AI or Conversational AI platforms.

• Experience with SIP, VoIP, or Twilio.

• Experience with RAG pipelines and Vector Databases.

• Experience with AI evaluation and monitoring frameworks.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS and On-Prem deployments.

• Strong product mindset and customer-first approach.
