Software Development Lead | Jerusalem

Mertens - Malam Team is looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to join a large organization in Jerusalem and lead the software development domain including architecture methodologies professional guidance and advanced technology implementation

Key Responsibilities

Lead the software development domain across the organization

Define development methodologies standards and best practices

Plan and design system architecture

Provide professional guidance to development teams

Implement advanced technology solutions

Develop solutions across On Prem and cloud environments

Work with modern development technologies and frameworks

Improve application performance and system efficiency

Perform Code Reviews and ensure high development standards

Lead technological innovation and evaluate new solutions

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software development and technological leadership

Full Stack development experience with C# .NET .NET Core Angular 8 or later Python APIs and Web Services

Experience developing in cloud and hybrid environments including AWS GCP and On Prem

Experience working in an Agile environment

Experience with Cloud Native Development including Microservices Containers and Kubernetes is an advantage

Experience designing system architecture and writing HLD and LLD documents

Proven experience performing Code Reviews

Familiarity with CI CD tools and TFS is an advantage
