System Engineer

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025 .

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in multidisciplinary product development. • Experience working on complex physical systems combining hardware, sensing, embedded software, algorithms, and mechanical components. • Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements engineering, integration, and verification. • Experience defining system requirements and tracing them through design, integration, and validation. • Hands-on experience with prototypes, laboratory equipment, measurement tools, and real system debugging. • Experience designing or executing system-level integration, testing, or validation activities. • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve cross-disciplinary system issues. • Ability to make sound technical decisions in environments with incomplete information and evolving requirements. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly document system behavior, technical decisions, and engineering trade-offs. • A structured, hands-on approach to problem solving, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
