Data & AI Product Manager (25497)

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, value propositions, KPIs, and multi-year roadmaps based on market research and stakeholder needs.

• Agile Delivery: Manage the backlog, write user stories, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional delivery (Engineering, DevOps, UI/UX, QA, Data Architecture).

• Data & AI Infrastructure: Oversee cloud-based data platforms (AWS/GCP), Data Lakes/Data Warehouses, BI tools, and Machine Learning capabilities.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Drive collaboration across government ministries, external vendors, and technical teams. Oversee procurement and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technological Product Management (Agile methodologies, backlog management, roadmap definition, and KPIs).

• Deep Data Management experience: Expertise with data platforms, Data Lakes/Warehouses, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik), Data Governance, and data layering (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience managing products built on cloud architecture (AWS and/or GCP).

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven track record leading projects in large-scale enterprises or public sector organizations.

• Vendor & Procurement: Experience managing vendor contracts, deliverables, and procurement processes.

Qualifications (One of the following)

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering.

• Bachelor's degree (other) / Software Engineering Technician + 60+ hours Product Management course.

• IDF Tech Unit Alum (8200, Mamram, C4I, or equivalent) with relevant professional experience.

• Non-degree candidates with 120+ hours of PM training and +1 additional year of relevant experience.
