Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will work on generating sales leads, promoting products to customers, handling customer queries, arranging meetings with clients, and training customers on product usage.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in tiles/flooring related industry( application only will be considered who having experience in relevant field)

• Communication and Customer Service skills

• Sales skill

• Proven track record in sales and customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to understand customer needs and demonstrate product features

• Experience in the tile or flooring industry is an added advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
