Senior Test Engineer – Complex Systems (Defense Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer who thrives in working with complex, multidisciplinary systems and wants to be close to the product, the technology, and real-world environments.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in system-level testing or integration within complex environments: real-time, hardware-software integrated systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute system-level testing of advanced, multidisciplinary systems (HW/SW integration)

• Work closely with development, integration, and engineering teams to validate system performance

• Design, define, and execute test plans and test procedures

• Analyze system behavior through logs, debug tools, and real-time observations

• Participate in field trials, lab testing, and system integration activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in system testing of complex systems (defense, aerospace, robotics, automotive, or similar industries)

• Hands-on experience with integrated hardware-software systems

• Strong ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and work with debugging tools

• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments

Advantages:

• Experience in defense or security-related systems

• Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar)
