Project and Release Manager

We are looking for a Project and Release Manager to join our R&D department. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex development projects, coordinating major software releases, and collaborating with strategic external partners. The ideal candidate should be an execution powerhouse with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of leading technical teams or complex projects. Key Responsibilities: * Leading the end-to-end delivery of critical R&D development projects from inception through to successful production deployment. * Managing the complete software release lifecycle, aligning schedules, and coordinating cross-functional deliverables across multiple R&D teams. * Acting as the primary R&D interface for strategic external partners, managing integrations and cross-company project dependencies. * Driving collaboration between Product Management, Core R&D, QA, and Support to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate project risks. * Continuously optimizing release management frameworks and R&D processes to maintain a high standard of software quality and delivery. * Being an integral part of our thriving culture and helping to improve the team and the company.

Requirements: * Proven experience in technical leadership, technical management, or project management within a software engineering environment. * Technical understanding with the ability to grasp complex architectures and dive into engineering roadblocks. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional orchestration capabilities. * Self-starter with an enthusiastic, proactive mindset and a strong ability to drive execution.
