Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nisha Group, one of Israel’s leading recruitment firms, is expanding and looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our professional and experienced recruitment team, specializing in recruiting tech talent for the high-tech industry.

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working with people, knows how to identify high-quality candidates, manages recruitment processes independently and accurately, and wants to grow in the world of technical recruitment.

Responsibilities

:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical position

sSource, identify, and recruit candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate databases, and advanced recruitment tool

sConduct phone interviews and in-depth interview

sSupport and guide candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process, through to onboardin

gWork closely with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment need

s Requirement

s:At least 1 year of experience in recruitment - mandato

ryExperience recruiting for technical rol

esExperience working with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced sourcing too
