We’re hiring: Operations Specialist for Group Tours

Gordon Travel is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and manage group tours end-to-end.

The role includes taking full responsibility for a tour from planning through execution: working with suppliers, handling bookings and coordination, managing guides, tracking budgets, following up on payments and financial closing, and ensuring all operational details are handled properly.

This is an international, dynamic, and hands-on role with many moving parts. It is a busy and demanding position, but also very interesting and rewarding — especially for someone who enjoys working with people, suppliers, and a close team.

What we’re looking for:

• A serious, organized, and detail-oriented person with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.

• Experience in tourism is an advantage, but experience in coordination, production, administrative management, or operational work can also be very relevant.

• Experience in inbound tourism operations in Israel is a major advantage.

Location: Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv

The first 3–4 months will be office-based for training and onboarding.

After that, the role will be hybrid, with two days a week working from home.
