Core Banking Systems Analyst

We are hiring a Core Banking Systems Analyst for a financial company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business processes

• Write functional specifications and business specifications

• Define requirements and evaluate technological solutions

• Coordinate between business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders

• Write functional specification documents, lead professional initiatives, recommend process improvements, and support Development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience analyzing organizational processes and core banking systems

• Experience leading business process improvement initiatives, defining and designing work processes, recommending improvements, evaluating alternatives, and driving operational excellence

• Experience analyzing business processes and defining functional and business requirements

• Experience implementing and leading regulatory initiatives

• Experience in the financial, banking, or FinTech industry – advantage
