We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join a large, stable organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end, from initiation through successful go-live.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and define project scope.

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and external vendors.

• Oversee all project phases, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post go-live activities.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects from initiation through go-live.

• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex Salesforce implementation projects.

• Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including requirements, development, testing, and deployment.

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
