Polarion ALM Application Specialist / Implementer

The Role:

An ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) System Implementation Specialist is required to join a professional team supporting the development processes in the organization.

The role combines implementation, deployment, and support of advanced systems, working with development and QA teams, and taking a significant part in improving work processes in the organization.

What does the role include?

• Implementation and deployment of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems.

• Defining work processes in the systems for development teams.

• Maintenance, upgrade, and improvement of existing systems.

• Ongoing user support and working with development and QA teams.

• Working with vendors and professional bodies in Israel and abroad.

• Integrating into improvement processes and implementing organizational tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant engineering field.

• Experience of at least 1-2 years in system implementation (open to candidates with basic experience).

• Experience with ALM tools such as Polarion / Azure DevOps / Jira / Git / GitLab / GitHub – a significant advantage.

• Experience working with databases – an advantage.

• Experience in building reports or working with Power BI – an advantage.

• Familiarity with the software development world or automated testing – an advantage.

• Experience in system support and working with clients and users.
