Data Scientist

We're hiring a Data Scientist for the Strategy Division of a leading financial organization. The team focuses on developing advanced models to solve business problems and advance the organization's strategic goals.

Requirements

What matters to us:

• Relevant academic degree (Economics / Industrial Engineering & Management with a specialization in Information Systems / Statistics).

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Data Scientist.

• Strong proficiency in SQL (working with databases, complex queries, and building data pipelines) and Python.

• Experience understanding business problems and formulating/developing suitable analytical solutions.

• Experience running analyses and presenting results.

• Experience deploying models from development to production environments.

• Knowledge and understanding of software development/coding methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience with NLP models, especially Transformers, BERT, information retrieval, and GenAI (LLMs, RAG, etc.).

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst.

• Experience from financial companies or established/traditional organizations.

• Experience working with Dataiku.

This is a hybrid role (one day a week in the office), on a highly professional team.
