System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced CRM Systems Analyst to join our CRM Development team. This role offers the opportunity to lead business analysis activities, drive end-to-end projects, and work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and infrastructure teams in a dynamic enterprise environment

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Lead system analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle

• Support development, QA, deployment, and production rollout

• Analyze and define interfaces between CRM and enterprise systems

• Lead small to medium-sized projects while coordinating cross-functional teams

• Ensure solutions meet business needs and technical standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CRM Systems Analyst – Mandatory

• Experience writing functional and technical specifications.

• Strong technical understanding of software development processes and technologies

• Experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives

• Experience analyzing and documenting system integrations/interfaces – Mandatory

• Experience with Siebel CRM – Significant advantage

• Knowledge of SQL – Advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal Skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
