We are looking for a BI Developer (ETL) to join a leading organization and take responsibility for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of one of the organization's core Data Warehouses.

In this role, you will work closely with System Analysts, business stakeholders, and multiple data sources, participating in end-to-end BI & Data development processes—from business requirements analysis through implementation in the production environment. The position requires strong self-management, initiative, independence, and a broad systems perspective.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Data Warehouses (DWH).

• Hands-on experience developing ETL processes using SSIS.

• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

• Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.

• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.

• Experience leading BI & Data projects from requirements through production.

• Experience integrating with various systems and data sources using APIs.

• Experience developing in Python for data processing and automation.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks – a significant advantage.

• Experience or familiarity with AI & Generative AI solutions, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing AI Agents – a significant advantage.
