Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for an iOS Mobile Tech Lead to join a leading financial company in Rishon LeZion. This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and develop high-quality mobile solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for the iOS development team and drive architectural decisions

Develop hands-on using Swift with UIKit and SwiftUI

Ensure high standards of code quality, application performance, and information security

Lead end-to-end mobile solutions and integrate with backend systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative mobile applications

Requirements

5+ years of experience in iOS development

Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior developer with technical leadership responsibilities

Strong expertise in Swift and mobile architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture

Experience working with APIs and collaborating with multiple development teams

Experience in large organizations, working with CI/CD tools, information security, and high-scale performance optimization – advantage
