AI Algorithm Developer

About the Role

ELTA Systems, Ashdod – Intelligence, Communications, Cyber & Electronic Warfare Division is seeking an AI Algorithm Developer specializing in Deep Learning and Agentic AI to join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing next-generation intelligence solutions.

The team develops cutting-edge technologies in SIGINT (Signals Intelligence), Communications, Electronic Warfare (EW), Visual Intelligence, and Multi-Source Intelligence Fusion, taking innovative concepts from early-stage research through deployment in operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing state-of-the-art AI capabilities using both established and emerging technologies.

• Design, develop, train, fine-tune, and integrate advanced Deep Learning and Agentic AI models into operational systems.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, or another exact science discipline – required.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science – advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in advanced Deep Learning development – required.

• At least 1 year of experience working with Agentic AI technologies – advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in Signal Processing, Communications, or Computer Vision – advantage.

• Familiarity with SIGINT, Communications, or Electronic Warfare (EW) domains – advantage.

• Proven software development experience in Python, including open-source frameworks – required.

• Experience with C++ – advantage.

• Experience working with Docker – advantage.

• Experience with MATLAB and algorithm implementation – advantage.
