Key Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and expertise in employee equity compensation plans (Stock Options, Shares, RSUs, and more)

• Process sale transactions for publicly traded companies, including tax calculations and net proceeds determination

• Generate reports for client companies based on their requirements (sales reports, tax reports, employee departures, etc.)

• Handle periodic reporting to the Israeli Tax Authority

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – a significant advantage

• Good English proficiency

• Strong Excel skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Fast learner with the ability to work in a dynamic and intensive environment
