SAP MM Senior Expert and Team Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Senior Expert and Team Manager to lead the SAP Logistics domain within Telit Cinterion’s IT organization. This is a combined hands-on and leadership role responsible for managing a team of approximately six SAP Logistics module implementers and developers, overseeing the end-to-end SAP application lifecycle, and driving the company’s strategic migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality SAP solutions that support Telit Cinterion’s global operations.

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIE

SSAP Functional Leadershi

• pGather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP MM and related Logistics modules (SD, IM, WM/EWM)

• .Identify functional gaps and prepare detailed technical/functional specifications for SAP configuration and custom development

• .Lead SAP customization and configuration activities to align system functionality with business process requirements

• .Oversee and coordinate development work with onsite and offshore ABAP developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery

• .Monitor system performance, conduct runtime analysis, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements across the SAP Logistics landscape

• .Collaborate with multiple IT and business groups to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful solution adoption
