🚀 We're Hiring: Interim LLM Product Manager | Hybrid | Tel Aviv | 12-Month Contract

Are you passionate about Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and building AI-powered products?

We're looking for an Interim LLM Product Manager to join an innovative AI team and take ownership of an exciting product roadmap during a 12-month contract.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and AI, driving the delivery of cutting-edge LLM features that help transform the Talent Acquisition industry.

What You'll Do

✨ Own and drive active LLM initiatives from concept to delivery.

✨ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

✨ Improve AI-powered product quality through model evaluation and optimization.

✨ Balance key AI trade-offs including accuracy, latency, compliance, creativity, and cost.

✨ Work with Customer Success teams to enhance user experience and resolve AI-related challenges.

What We're Looking For

✅ 3+ years of Product Management experience.

✅ Hands-on experience with LLM or Generative AI products.

✅ Strong understanding of AI technologies and modern LLM ecosystems.

✅ Analytical mindset with experience making data-driven product decisions.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

⭐ Experience in HRTech is an advantage.
