Job Description

A leading insurance company in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead enterprise CRM projects from planning through implementation.

This role combines project management, business analysis, and hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM implementation while working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and infrastructure groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM projects from initiation through Go Live.

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and releases.

• Coordinate development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.

• Lead system integrations and cross-functional initiatives.

• Prepare functional and technical specifications.

• Support deployment, user adoption, and ongoing system improvements.

• Drive continuous optimization of business processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

• Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Experience managing budgets, project plans, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent Hebrew and high-level English.
