Vice President of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's engineering strategy and execution.

• Build and scale a world-class R&D organization.

• Drive the evolution of the platform from MVP to a scalable, enterprise-grade architecture.

• Partner closely with the founders on product, technology, and business decisions.

• Own architecture, infrastructure, engineering processes, and technical excellence.

• Recruit, mentor, and grow exceptional engineering talent.

• Ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and built for scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Engineering/R&D teams within fast-growing startups.

• Strong hands-on technical background with the ability to dive deep into architecture and system design.

• Experience with AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or data platforms – Must

• Experience building and scaling complex SaaS or data-intensive products.

• Deep expertise in backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.

• Track record of taking products from early-stage development to production scale.

• Builder mindset with a passion for creating engineering organizations from the ground up.
