This executive role is responsible for defining and advancing the organization's scientific strategy, leading a diverse portfolio of large-scale data-driven medical research programs, promoting excellence of research, and developing strategic scientific collaborations across academia, healthcare organizations, industry, and research partners.

The role leverages one of the world's largest longitudinal healthcare databases together with Israel's largest Biobank to advance Real-World Evidence (RWE), epidemiological, clinical, and data-driven research, generating scientific insights that support evidence-based medicine and improved healthcare delivery.
